Role - Litigation Attorney

?? Handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters

?? Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

?? Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.

??Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations.

??Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.

??Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with deadlines.

??Negotiate settlements and manage pre-trial preparations.

Requirements

??Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

??Admission to the State Bar

??3+ Years in practicing as a litigation associate in any area of defense law
