About the Role
Reporting to the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, and working closely with the Chair of the Firm, Managing Partners, and other senior leaders, the CMO will be at pivotal in advancing the firm’s strategic goals and competitive edge.
In this high-profile role, the CMO will:
- Inspire and lead a team of 60+ talented professionals across marketing, business development, communications, and events.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to firm leadership, delivering actionable insights and aligning initiatives with firm-wide goals.
- Elevate revenue growth through innovative business development strategies and results-driven marketing efforts.
- Foster accountability by showcasing marketing-driven successes through comprehensive reporting and measurable ROI.
- Partner with C-suite executives to spearhead transformative initiatives that enhance operational excellence and strengthen the firm’s market position.
About You
- 20+ years of progressive marketing and business development leadership experience.
- A bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven expertise in driving strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
- A track record of innovation, measurable success, and the ability to build credibility quickly.
