This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
Job Responsibilities: - assisting members of the finance teams with various reports and presentations
- coordinating, tracking, and organizing documents necessary for loan processing
- data entry and tracking related to portfolio activities
- working with local municipalities to obtain various documents required for loan processing
- invoice entry
- providing data to third parties for reports and appraisals and assisting the finance team with travel logistics and expense entries.
- Assist with construction draws
- Fill out loan applications
- Complete questionnaires, inspection forms, coordinating paperwork
Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office product, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
