School Nurse - Anticipated Opening 2024-2025 School Year Qualifications: - Must hold a State DOE School Nurse Certification or be able to obtain Emergency School Nurse Certification
- Must hold CPR-AED Certification
- Experience working with elementary aged children Grades PK-4
- Pediatric experience with chronic and acute illnesses, preferred
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly using critical thinking and assessment skills.
- Ability to respond during evacuation situations.
- Ability to triage effectively.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team.
- Availability for school trips and summer work, preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
