Pig and Khao is hiring an Exucitive Sous Chef to join its Upper West Side opening team!  Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  - Managing a staff of 10 to 15 cooks  - Hiring and training BOH staff  - Ordering and maintaining food costs  - Creating prep lists for the staff
