• Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process across multiple locations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving any discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present accounts payable reports, analyzing trends and providing insights to support financial decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable function, leveraging technology and best practices.

• Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 5+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a multisite environment.
• Proven experience managing accounts payable in a multisite environment, demonstrating the ability to coordinate processes across various locations.
• Demonstrated experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems to manage accounts payable processes effectively.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and develop solutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
