About the Role: As a Certified Behavior Technician, you will engage with individuals facing developmental disabilities and play a crucial role in applying behavior intervention plans.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Deliver direct 1:1 therapy to clients.
• Collect and analyze data related to targeted behaviors.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure cohesive application of strategies.
• Assist in creating personalized care plans for each individual.
• Keep precise and current records for all clients.

Qualifications:

• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques.
• Compassionate and professional approach when working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
