seeking retail accounts receivable experience preferably and mri knowledge is an extreme plus
n
Key Objective(s):
n
Responsible for accounts receivable, database management, tenant account administration services and reporting
n
Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
n
n- n
Communicate with tenants to ensure timely collection of payments and reporting of past due accounts
n n- n
Send out monthly tenant statements via email
n n- n
Understand and interpret basic commercial lease terms to address tenant issues
n n- n
Enter and apply rent credits in system and keep an updated tracking file
n n- n
Enter all tenant chargebacks and reversals in accordance with lease terms/amendments in MRI system
n n- n
Responsible for collection of all tenant W9’s
n n- n
Maintain tracking file to ensure tenants comply with lease requirements
n n- n
Maintain tenant contact information in MRI system and tenant portal (Versapay)
n n- n
Ad hoc work as needed
n n
n
Qualifications:
n
n- n
3+ years experience in accounts receivable (preferred real estate industry)
n n- n
Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word
n n- n
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, technological and problem-solving skills required
n n- n
Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment and the flexibility to adapt to change
n n- n
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
n n- n
Knowledge of MRI a plus
