Strong associate designer needed for juniors line in LA! Great opportunity to learn from top designers in the industry and be a part of an exciting company!

Salary: $60k - $65k dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

Directly team with senior designer and create and execute of full collection junior's line based off of concept and direction

Create full tech packages and specs

Assist with fittings and fit comments

Create detailed CAD flats as well as original hand sketches

Assist with sample development process and calendar management

Requirements

3-4 years experience minimum in apparel design

Bachelor's or Associates degree in Fashion Design

Experience designing for the juniors market

Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, and Excel

Must be able to create flat sketches by hand

Must have strong design aesthetic, color sense, and conceptual skills

Must be a team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
