Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for data cleanup, validation, and accuracy enhancements within Salesforce, supporting CLIENT's operational and reporting needs. This role requires close collaboration with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure data quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data cleanup and deduplication to maintain Salesforce data quality.
• Develop and maintain data validation processes for accuracy.
• Support data migrations and ensure alignment with CLIENT's data policies.
• Generate reports and dashboards to aid decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analysis, with Salesforce experience required.
• Strong knowledge of data validation and deduplication techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and Salesforce reporting tools.

Minimum Qualification Document Requirements:

• MQ1: Proof of 3 successful integrations of payment processing with third-party systems (e.g., CityBase, SharePoint, Form Assembly).
• MQ2: Documented minimum of 10 years in Salesforce configuration and development for orgs with 30+ users.
• MQ3: Evidence of 5 recent years in Salesforce development services specifically for utility/government clients; preference for publicly owned electric utilities.
• MQ4 : No less than one (1) example of training and reference materials for Lightning users.
