HTI is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for a brand-new multi-metal recycling startup in Augusta, GA. Aurubis is the leading provider of non-ferrous metals and one of the largest copper recyclers worldwide. This German-based company is known for their commitment to environmental sustainability, diversity, and their employees. With plans to be fully operational in mid-2024, this facility is expected to become a major player in the North American supply chain and a significant employer in the greater Augusta area.

What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably including projects of similar scope, scale, and complexity in the US
- Experience with Primavera P6 required, experience with Microsoft Project preferred
- Bachelor's and/or Master's in related field preferred.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Senior Project Scheduler will work closely with the Aurubis project team, contracted design and engineering firms, and general contractor to develop and maintain an integrated master schedule that will guide the successful completion of the project on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain integrated Master Schedule on all levels that integrates project schedules from multiple stakeholders, including the critical path, resource leveling, and other scheduling parameters using project management software tools.
- Interface across stakeholders and potentially across multiple project management software tools, including Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera.
- Proactively review and analyze project progress and performance data to identify critical path, trends, risks, and opportunities to improve project performance; conduct scenario analyses and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Provide project status reports and other progress updates to project managers, stakeholders, and project team members, highlighting key schedule risks and opportunities.
- Identify, develop and maintain KPIs that help to measure the effectiveness of the project schedule.
- Assist project managers and project team members with the development of contingency plans, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Maintain project documentation related to scheduling, including up-to-date integrated Master Schedule, progress reports, and other relevant materials.
