SNI Companies has parnered with a worldwide leader in the surgical solutions space that is looking for a Talent Aquisition Partner to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This position requires expertise in recruitment best practices within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including conducting numerous candidate screenings and behavioral-based interviews. You will leverage technology to efficiently manage the recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver a seamless recruitment experience
Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Thrive in a high-speed, high-volume recruiting environment, efficiently managing multiple candidate pipelines and adjusting strategies to meet urgent hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles across the organization.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selection.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
Educational And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of recruitment experience in a high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter required.
- Strong understanding of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Paycom or other ATS/HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
- Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and practices is preferred.
- Ability to travel, as needed, to career fairs (up to 10%)
