Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to collaborate with operational leaders and ensure HR practices are aligned with business objectives. This role focuses on building a culture of collaboration while addressing employee relations, compliance, and proactive problem-solving. You will support approximately 800 employees, most of whom work on job sites, handling all aspects of Human Resources, both tactical and strategic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with field management and operational leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Educate and influence internal clients on effectively managing employee relations and actions.
- Perform routine HR functions with a strategic approach, ensuring compliance and proactive problem-solving.
- Provide leadership in employee relations, benefits administration, and field leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead HR functions for a field-based workforce, with experience in industrial and/or field services settings.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively with employees at all levels, from line staff to C-Suite.
- Extensive experience across HR functions, including policy compliance, benefits, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR metrics, and performance management.
- Proven experience working with industrial or field services employees.
- Able to work full-time on-site in La Porte, TX.
- A degree is preferred; HR certification is a plus.
