Position Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance new and existing programs for the company’s ERP system
• Implement full-stack solutions, including user interfaces, application logic, and database structures
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and create solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user and system documentation
• Coordinate all aspects of program implementation, including user training and support for new applications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Location Requirement

• Candidates must reside in Michigan to be considered for this position

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in RPG/RPGLE/RPGLE Free/SQLRPGLE programming
• Proficiency in SQL and functional knowledge of database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus
• A proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with internal stakeholders
