Job Title: Service Desk Technician
Pay Rate: $50k - $60k

Job Notes: We are looking to bring on a Service Desk Technician to this team. This individual will be within a Microsoft shop, as well as Cisco products and overseeing all aspects of infrastructure.
We need someone to have broad knowledge on systems, networking, VOIP, etc. rather than a deep understanding of a couple of things. This also includes deployments, upgrades, installments, onboarding/offboarding, and more. Essentially, a good generalist that has a wide variety of skills within an IT environment.
Personality-wise we will need someone who is passionate about their work and is eager to grow. Additionally, we need people who come with a service-oriented mindset to the users and has high-level White-Glove support.
