Title: Field Support Technician

Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish and English) and must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (fuel for store-to-store travel will be reimbursed at $0.67 per mile, with toll and parking expenses also covered. Please note that 10 miles will be deducted per day to account for the commute from home to office and back).
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for support issues across various retail stores.
- Daily travel between stores in the mentioned areas is required.
- Handle service tickets and work logs, including troubleshooting issues related to desktops, networks, software, and hardware.
- Train employees on various applications and wireless peripherals.
- Elevate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Perform hardware and software installations.
- Assist with troubleshooting desktop applications, network equipment (routers, switches, access points), and configuring Zebra handhelds and printers.
- Physical capability to lift and handle hardware (like cables, printers, monitors) is required.
This role requires someone who can interact effectively with store employees, many of whom primarily speak Spanish. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is a key requirement for this position.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 with full benefits.
