Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a Contract (Long Term) position based in Cleveland OH, Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in troubleshooting, Network, VMware, Virtualbox, Outlook, Windows, would be a plus!

Pay Range: $28-$35/hr, The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Basically, this role will help the Sr level Network Operations Specialist with his priorities. This role will work closely with the Senior and pick up on certain tasks as described and necessary through Leadership.

Per client: here are the priorities in order to be successful in this role:

• Active directory account administration and group policy
• Remote desktop or VNC to access PCs and/or servers;
• Supporting remote VPN users;
• Microsoft office suite – Outlook experience
• Copy machines, network printers, fax machines;
• Virtualization technologies – Hyper V, VMware, Virtualbox, etc.;
• Various operating systems – Linux, macOS;
• FTP clients – WinSCP or FileZilla;

• Willingness to learn
• Coachable
• Quicker they can learn and do things on own, the better. Experience level is non-senior.
