Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Services Associate, Regulatory Pay Transparency Reporting, to work with our clients and business partners. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of client service experience. They will be responsible for developing, managing, and safeguarding client information.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead consultative meetings with key client stakeholders (both phone and in-person).
  • Understand client operational structure, workforce composition, and strategic goals to ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Trusaic’s regulatory pay transparency reporting software solution and managed services.
  • Research international legal obligations regarding pay transparency and reporting requirements, providing clear and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes to achieve compliance.
  • Provide oversight for key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical action items tied to pay transparency reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the intermediary between clients and regulatory agencies during inquiries or audits related to pay transparency requirements.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the extraction, transmission, receipt, storage, and security of highly sensitive data from client technology platforms, including but not limited to: HRMS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Compensation, and Benefits Administration systems.
  • Oversee critical regulatory filings and pay transparency reporting submissions on behalf of clients to federal and state agencies.
  • Provide product and client feedback to other parts of the organization, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Research & Development.
  • Draft and proof presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development, testing, and optimization of new and existing regulatory reporting solutions and analytics.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Business, Economics, or similar fields preferred.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level client decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Fast learner who enjoys mastering technical subject matter related to pay transparency and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to manage highly sensitive data with precision and discretion.
  • Strong ability to convey highly complex and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders in easy-to-understand terms through written and verbal communications (virtual meetings and in-person).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, data analytics, or client-facing roles preferred.
