Our Logansport, IN physical therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences. Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $85,000 -$100,000 annual base. Potential for sign on bonuses and loan reimbursement packages.

Responsibilities
n
n - Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
n - Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
n - Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
n - In states where permitted: document in charts using accepted medical terminology and format.

Qualifications

Required Credentials:

n - New Grads welcome to apply!
n - Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
n - Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinical rotation
n - Affiliation with APTA recommended but not required.
n - State licensure/registration where applicable.
