Our mission is to alleviate pain and symptoms; foster a state of calmness and harmony; and encourage an appreciation of family, friends, and life experiences.nnSerenity Hospice is looking to add a dedicated and compassionate RN Case Manager to delivering exceptional care, comfort and support to patients. They will develop plans for individual needs, perform regular check-ups and communicate with family members as needed.
