This position also has a hand in maintaining our parking lots and supporting our Base Area Ops team in various projects.nnJob SpecificationsnnExpected Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.99 / hournnShift & Schedule Availability: Full & Part TimennSkill Level: IntermediatennJob ResponsibilitiesnnSnow plowing and snow removal operations at the resort, including ensuring slick surfaces are covered with traction material.nnCleaning and maintaining our parking lots.nnProviding the safest possible surfaces for our guests and employees to drive and walk on.nnProviding excellent internal and external guest service.nnSafely and efficiently operating all equipment used by the Base Ops team including but not limited to Skid Steers, snow blowers, plow trucks, backhoe, front end loader, and dump truck.nnMonitoring all equipment and make sure that all issues are addressed promptly and communicated with Vehicle Maintenance.nnDaily vehicle checks.nnTire chain removal / installation and repairs.nnWorking unsupervised with a task list.nnHauling snow and other materials to and from our lots.nnOther duties as assignednnJob RequirementsnnMust have a valid Drivers License - required.nnAbility to lift 100 lbs - required.nnPrevious equipment operation experience in relevant equipment - required.nnComfortable Driving Oversized Vehicles in Winter Conditions – required.nnExperience in a high alpine environment in winter - preferred.nnPrevious plow/snow removal experience - preferred.nnPrevious dump truck driving experience - preferred.nnThe expected pay range is $21.00 - $24.99.
