Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable clerk for a company located in Darlington, South Carolina

n

The clerk is expected to keep accurate records of accounts payable,ensuring that invoices are paid where necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    n
  • n

    Process all requried documents involved in posting invoices and issuing/denying credits.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities within statements, invoices,receipts, and inventory issues.

  • n

    Reconcile vendor accounts

    n
  • n
  • n

    Work with vendors on invoice discrepancies

    n
  • n

MS Excel : 2 years Required

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour

n
