You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of products pulled and their quantities, maintaining efforts to increase production levels in a cost-efficient manner. The role includes performing visual inspections of product components and adhering to company policies and work safety rules.nnResponsibilitiesnnSew, assemble, and package multiple types of products accurately and efficiently.nnMaintain accountability for the accuracy of products pulled and their amounts.nnIncrease production levels in a cost-efficient manner.nnPerform other duties as assigned to assist in daily assembly and packaging to meet production level requirements.nnPerform visual inspections of product components while assembling and packaging to ensure quality.nnFollow instructions from the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.nnAdhere to company policies and procedures, including all work safety rules.nnAssist in special projects as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Operations Manager.nnEssential SkillsnnAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.nnProficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.nnExperience in a production environmentnnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnGood hand-eye coordination.nnAbility to sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, and occasionally stoop.nnCapability to lift up to 40 pounds.nnBonus points for a knack for crafts!
