Job Title: Business Analyst V

Location: Menlo Park CA preferred (will need to be able to come onsite as needed), remote okay but must work PST hours.

Duration: 12 Months



Summary:

• We seek a highly detail-oriented and quantitative Business Analyst to help drive operational excellence for the Monetization Partnerships team. This person will be responsible for deriving insights from large data sets to design, build, and launch robust data quality processes that enable partner-facing and client-facing teams to make analytically-driven strategic decisions.

• The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, be comfortable tackling new internal business operational challenges, drive results quickly, have sophisticated analytical and communication skills, and is deeply passionate about Meta.

Must-Have Skills

1. Salesforce knowledge (requires being able to make changes in Salesforce)

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills + documentation


Responsibilities:

• Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements

• Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved

• Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts

• Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes

• Map current and future business processes

• Work with the business to create UAT test cases and success criteria for solutions and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met

• Facilitate UAT testing for Salesforce functionality roll-outs

• Prioritize Business requests negotiate with the business on competing requirements

• Work closely with stakeholders and directly with technical teams to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.

• Develop insights from salesforce data and dashboards for partner and client-facing team

• Extract insights from large data sets and communicate recommendations to varied audiences including high-level management.

• Co-own/support end-to-end development of data quality workflows.

• Develop a deep understanding of the business and connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.

• Collaborate with Monetization Partnerships leaders and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives and special projects.

• Manage database updates based on stakeholder requests.


Minimum Qualifications:

• Salesforce Admin Certification

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic planning, and/or business operations in the technology/Internet or media space.

• Proven stakeholder management experience - including managing multiple cross-functional partners simultaneously.

• Experience solving complex and diverse business problems.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving the full project lifecycle from conceptual strategy to final execution

• Experience in establishing operational discipline and rhythm for businesses and teams

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or other quantitative disciplines

• Advanced SQL knowledge

• Advanced Excel skills

• Proven experience leading/influencing stakeholders at different levels of an organization

• Experience leading organizations through large-scale change management processes

• Product management experience.
