We seek an experienced Technical Recruiter to source and hire top talent for IT roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
This is a 6 month contract with extensions, hybrid, 1-2 days in office in Boston, MA.
No Vendors or Corp to Corp
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential candidates.
- Write job descriptions and post on relevant platforms.
- Attend networking events to build candidate pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for Machine Learning, AI, Infrastructure and Software testing roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
