A health services company in New York is looking to add a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to their outpatient team in Orange County.
Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist (PT) will:
- Provide direct patient care
- Establish short and long-term rehabilitation goals
- Instruct patients and caregivers in activities that are to be carried out between treatments and after discharge
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications - 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience in a Healthcare setting
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- NYS Physical Therapist (PT) license
- CPR certification
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
