Service Area: Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment Sign on Bonus: $5000 Schedule: Full Time - Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, Weekend rotation every 10 weeks

The Physical Therapist is primarily responsible for the implementation of standards of care for physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Service Agreement. Any direct client care provided will be performed as defined by the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
Qualifications: - Two years of clinical experience as a physical therapist. Community/Home Health experience is preferred.
- Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
