Description
The Client Services Representative (CSR) position is responsible for assisting with daily front desk operations and completion of daily administrative tasks as it relates to the Health Performance Institute (HPI). This position is accountable for maintaining a positive and professional front desk environment, and may also be asked to help support the fitness programs in a variety of ways. The CSR demonstrates professionalism, sound judgement, and client service excellence in accordance with company core values.
- Provide daily support to staff and management; serve as client advocate and administrative lead when issues require escalation/direction for resolution
- Communicate effectively with company staff and utilize/navigate company resources appropriately
- Proficient in all front desk best practice operations including but not limited to; scheduling, financial explanations, collections, client packages, and new client intake procedures
- Meet administrative metrics relative to time of service collections, revenue reports, and tracking metrics, surveys, and visit volume.
- Manage completion of clinic monthly reporting and provide analysis to the General Manager weekly and/or monthly relative to visit volume and referral count
- Meet with Administrative Manager routinely to discuss, plan, assess, and/or review clinic initiatives, goals.
- Participate as needed in special projects or other clinic coverage
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or higher (Healthcare concentration preferred)
- Displays professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed minimum 40 words per minute
- Ability to work in an office setting
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
