Job Title: EE Buyer
Client: AeroSpace Company
Location: Redmond, WA (3-5 days per week on-site)
Contract Duration: 8 months (potential extension)

Required Experience:
- Experience as a buyer in a manufacturing environment.
- Purchasing/buying experience for electrical components and/or printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Heavy knowledge of purchase orders, order management, data management
- SAP + Coupa (nice to have) – similar to this is ironclad, or any ERP experience
Job Description:
EE component delivery: The EE sourcing team aids in the delivery of all EE components to PCBA production. This includes expediting with suppliers, placing orders, and reporting on progress. A majority of POs are placed by contract manufacturers, so monitoring and expediting will be a primary responsibility. This role will be integral in the structure of our team as they will act as the bridge from production to the EE sourcing team.
EE clear to build: The EE team takes a large responsibility of ensuring contract manufacturers are ordering parts per the build schedule. This role will attend weekly meeting and walk through component shortages with contract manufacturers and help resolve any issues as they occur. This includes BOM management, monitoring open orders, and running in depth analysis to ensure CMs are operating efficiently.
Responsible for:
- Writing and developing purchase plans.
- Procurement and sales experience.
- Purchase order management.
- Data management with PO.
- Bill of materials (BOM).
- Demand planning.
- Data management, SAP and Coupa.
- Electrical components – printed circuit boards.
