The restaurants of the Schulson Collective are currently looking for FRONT OF HOUSE support staff candidates for immediate openings. Qualified candidates must have evening and weekend availability. Prior experience in high volume restaurants is preferred but not required.

We are currently looking to fill roles such as:

Busser - Clear and reset tables in between guests. Maintain area's cleanliness including removal of trash, dirty dishes and other debris.

Food Runner - Assist Servers in delivering ordered menu items to specific tables while explaining each dish and its components. Excellent opportunity to show your abilities in order to move into Server role.

Barback - Assist Bartedners & Bar areas prep drinks, garnishes, retrieve ice, tend to kegs & ensure a stocked bar area at all times during service. This is a great step to learn more about bartending.

Polisher - liaison between FOH & BOH to stock and polish glassware and dishware as it comes from dish room. Ensure service staff has appropriate pars to attend to guests.
