Cactus Wren is a new restaurant opening in January 2025. Lead by the Michelin-Starred team from 63 Clinton - chefs Sam Clonts, Abe Chang, and Ray Trinh have worked with some of the city's most notable restaurants (Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare, Uchu, Jungik, Jua, Atomix) and bring that level of experience to a more casual concept. Cactus Wren will be an upscale wine bar/restaurant in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
Daily production of station mise-en-place.
Maintaining an organized and clean work space.
Maintain proper food handling in accordance with DOH food safety guidelines.
Possess a positive and collaborative attitude.
Show up in a timely manner.
Requirements for our team:
Organized
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2+ years of line cooking experience.
Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a day.
Desire to learn and grow in a challenging environment.
Sense of urgency.
This position requires full-time availability including nights and weekends.
