Job Description
  • Work Dates Needed: Monday- Friday; 3-6 months. Starting as soon as accepted/cleared.
  • Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Worksite Setting: Clinic or Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Scope of Work:
    • Provides assessment and treatment, as indicated, for patients referred to subspecialty clinics by primary care providers, other subspecialists, Public-Private Partnership Clinics, and contracting agencies.
    • Schedules and performs outpatient surgery and/or special procedures, as applicable.
    • Develops and implements a plan of care or management, where indicated.
    • Provides treatment recommendations to the referring primary care provider, where indicated.
    • Refers patients for other subspecialty consultations and/or treatment, as appropriate.
