Our client, a reputable Toronto firm is currently looking for a Commercial Litigation/Bankruptcy Law Clerk. This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and complete litigation documentation, including motion records, affidavits, etc; - Transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently;

- Liaise professionally with external clients and internal team members;

- Maintain filing, physical and electronic; and

- Any other administrative duties, including maintaining calendars, meetings, etc.

Requirements:

- Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma from a recognized institution;

- 5+ years experience in Commercial Litigation/Bankruptcy;

- Proficiency with MS Office;

- Must have experience using Caselines, bookmarking/hyperlinking;

- Experience with Soluno for accounting, MyCase for practice management and NetDocuments for document management, will be considered an asset;

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;

- High attention to detail; and

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.
