Job Description

Design firm in Nassau County is hiring an Office Manager/Bookkeeper.


Hours 9am-5pm onsite.


The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will handle light office managerial work, AR/AP, record and bill hours, reconcile CC statements, process purchases and invoices, organize and track office supplies, and light phone management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in accounting or related field
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of sales tax
