We are looking for a dedicated and accomplished Director of Pharmacy to join our client's team. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and driving the implementation of innovative practices. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Directs the development and implementation of practices, policies, and procedures in all functional areas of the department.
• Develops and maintains effective, collaborative relationships with all site leadership, specialties, and departments.
• Applies comprehensive knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and administrative requirements to guide departmental operations, ensuring full compliance and accountability.
• Participates in the development and administration of both long-term and annual capital plans, which include facilities, systems, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) is required.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making abilities, and independent work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Knowledge and adherence to Standard Precautions, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
