POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Services Coordinator will assist with bids by obtaining vendor data and sourcing in our Operations Department. Award vendors jobs including sending work orders and all required paperwork. Maintain vendor database, bids, make vendor awards/cancellations, book jobs, special projects, and other misc. duties. This role interfaces closely with various internal departments, vendors, and clients.

The current schedule we are needing to fill is Tuesday - Saturday from 8am to 4 pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Professional communication between Clients and Vendors
2. Quote and book jobs that come through our pipeline
3. Manage and track vendor progress on jobs
4. Maintain detailed and organized files
5. Work closely with other departments, clients, and vendors daily
6. Maintaining documents, invoices, applications, photos, records, etc.
7. Conduct internet research on services based on client needs
8. Other miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned

EDUCATION / TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
2. 1-3 years of related experience in dispatching/coordination/negotiation preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

1. Solid waste and recycling experience preferred
2. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
3. Analyze potential and actual problems and develop optimal solutions
4. Proficient knowledge of MS Office business applications Mastered skills with Microsoft Office Skills (Word and Outlook)
5. Proficient working knowledge of Excel including but not limited to performing VLookups, sorting, filtering, and formula creation
