About The Role
This position includes travel to our Griffin office for up to 6 weeks of paid, on-the-job training, with mileage reimbursement provided.
Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Repair, service, and improve HVAC systems, including cleaning and maintaining parts to enhance efficiency.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance independently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers to help prevent future issues.
• Report completed work and collect payments using company software.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  

What You'll Need

• At least 2+ years in residential or light commercial HVAC fieldwork; HVAC schooling is a plus.
• EPA Type I, II, III, or Universal required; additional HVAC certifications are a bonus.
• Valid license with insurance eligibility (minimum age 22 to drive).
• Ability to manage call volume, complete tasks promptly, and work flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
