We are seeking four dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team for a short-term contract to support a critical laptop upgrade rollout project. This exclusive opportunity offers hands-on experience in deploying and configuring devices for a seamless end-user experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation, configuration, and deployment of upgraded laptops to end-users.
• Perform data migration and ensure the secure transfer of files and settings.
• Provide end-user support during and immediately after device rollout to address technical issues and questions.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware deployment and user feedback for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with IT and project management teams to ensure a smooth rollout process and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with hardware setup, configuration, and deployment, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
