About this Role

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technical Lead to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented development squad while driving innovative solutions through technical mentorship and strategic collaboration. You’ll work on impactful projects, leverage cutting-edge microservices and event-driven architectures, and shape the technical roadmap to deliver robust software solutions.


In this role you will:

  • Lead a squad of 4+ developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with Product and Agility teams to shape the technical roadmap.
  • Design and implement microservices and event-driven architecture solutions.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

  • The Ideal Candidate:

    • 5+ years of experience leading development teams with strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Expertise in microservices architecture and domain-driven design.
    • Proficiency in event-driven architecture and Java development.
    • Strong experience with software analysis, testing, and performance optimization.
    • Hands-on experience with object-oriented design, debugging, and lifecycle development.
    • Familiarity with integrating software with existing systems and maintaining standards compliance.
