Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and refine market access strategies for new and existing pharma products in USA.
  • Identify and assess US pharma market opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market access strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand payer and provider dynamics in US Pharma.
  • Analyze US Pharma market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Regulatory and Reimbursement Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, reimbursement policies, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize reimbursement and minimize access barriers.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Effectively communicate market access strategies and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration, economics, business)
  • Extensive experience in market access in the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare economics, health policy, and reimbursement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL )
