Supplier Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Renton)

Immediate opportunity for a Supplier Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage monthly supplier commission revenue and prepare monthly journal entries.
• Manage supplier billback invoices.
• Manage staff responsible for AR processing, payments and collections.
• Process employee expense and incentive reimbursements and submit to payroll.
• Manage multi-state expense allocations.
• Manage month-end close activities.Performs account analysis and sets up new accounts. Involved in year-end audit.
• Prepares financial and statistical reports as required. Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as directed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or aid with problems these customers may encounter.

This is a direct-hire position in Renton working onsite Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable Supervisor experience
• 8+ years of Accounts Receivable/Accounting experience
• Experience with set-up and maintenance of supplier accounts
• Advanced Excel skills
• Collections experience
• Full-cycle experience
• Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree
