Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the QA team in performing unit, UI/UX, defect, system, and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites. Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the successful implementation of automation testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner. Work closely with developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered.

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on the platform
Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality issues
Conduct additional testing as needed with other vendor applications and other Salesforce Clouds, coordinating efforts with relevant stakeholders.
Provide QA sign-off for all new features and updates before deployment
Continuously improve and optimize the QA process
Qualifications and Skills:
10+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3+ years of specific experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
Experience with test automation tools and techniques - Zypher for test management, Cypress & Selinium for automation
Proficiency in testing eCommerce platforms, with a strong understanding of SFCC features and extensions.
Strong understanding of Ecommerce best practices
