The Company
- Service medical imaging, including maintenance and refurbishment of systems
The Position
- Lead and develop electronic technicians to evaluate, repair, and maintain stock levels of parts and systems to meet sales demand and quality standards.
- Collaborate across departments (sales, service, and CEO) to align repair capabilities, policies, and procedures with company goals, forecasts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485 and HIPAA, while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
- Manage vendor relationships by sourcing, evaluating, and developing vendors to support repair, logistics, and technical operations.
- Identify root causes of failures, address customer complaints, and oversee equipment readiness, technical documentation, and parts research for repair operations.
