This role is perfect for someone who thrives on competition, is passionate about continuous learning, embraces challenges, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

This is more than just a legal position—it’s a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced team with significant potential for growth and advancement. Here, success is rewarded for those who excel at driving firm growth and revenue by leading with vision, collaborating effectively, and fostering a cohesive, results-driven team environment.

If you're licensed to practice law in North and/or South Carolina, have 3-5 years of experience practicing law, and are seeking a full-time opportunity to practice law with a fun team at a drama-free firm with plenty of room for growth, we want to hear from you!

  • Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure A+ service is delivered to every client.
  • Designing and drafting meticulously detailed estate plans to address every aspect of a client's wishes and financial needs.
  • Overseeing and directing paralegals to run high volumes of estate administration files.
  • Roll up your sleeves to provide outstanding customer service - because in our firm, every client is a VIP.
  • Participating in networking events and occasionally leading seminars or webinars.

Qualifications: We're on the lookout for a candidate who brings:

  • Licensure in North and/or South Carolina
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing law and/or 1-2 years of experience in Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
  • Excellent at connecting with people and getting them excited about what we do, ensuring clients feel confident and eager to work with us.
  • The ability to learn and use different software tools relevant to the estate planning field. These could include legal document generation software, research tools, or client management systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Benefits: Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays are available upon hire. Health Insurance and 401(k).
  • Estate Planning Perks: Enjoy assistance with creating your own estate planning documents.

Location:

You will primarily work from our Charlotte office but may also attend meetings and training sessions at our Fort Mill location when necessary.
