Contract-to-Hire

**Hybrid -- 2 days per week on-site**

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with senior project managers to plan, track, and execute project deliverables.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and key milestones.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-ups and action items are documented.

Technical Analysis:

• Analyze project requirements and support the development of technical documentation.
• Track infrastructure project metrics and provide detailed status updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively across all levels.

Process Improvement:

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize project workflows.
• Support compliance with company standards and best practices in project execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, technical analysis, or junior project management roles, preferably within infrastructure projects.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure domains such as telecommunications, power, utilities, or construction.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle

Preferred Skills:

• Technical background or certifications (e.g., ITIL, CAPM, or PMP) is an advantage.
• Experience with infrastructure-related projects in utilities, telecommunications, or construction industries.
