Summary:

Waudena Entrance Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager, with an emphasis on user experience (UX), to join our Product Management team. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and launch of new products, product enhancements, and customer experience tools, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configurator Subject Matter Expert: Develop and possess an intimate understanding of Waudena’s customer facing tools, the internal and external impacts, and what is necessary to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors. Use insights to inform product decisions and improve user satisfaction.

• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to develop and launch new products and features that enhance the user experience.

• Roadmap Management: Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes user experience improvements and aligns with business objectives.

• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of UX initiatives and new product launches, as well as make data-driven decisions.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, build consensus, and ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.

• Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in product or UX management.
3. Working knowledge of systems and problem solving.

Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in UX research methodologies and tools.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Reports To: Director of Product Management

Working Demands / Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Occasional travel as needed.
