Summary:
Drive sales on S.com by developing and executing quarterly business plans to increase total sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quarterly business plans to drive HHP/NC sales and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with NC teams to create joint business plans with associated investments to meet sales goals.
- Analyze performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) to understand conversion and traffic drivers, including conversion funnel, promotional lift, and marketing activities.
- Partner with Channel Marketing to enhance campaigns, content, and messaging to improve customer traffic and qualified visits.
- Evaluate promotion performance by customer cohorts to identify performance drivers and design targeted offer strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to foster collaboration and investment in the Mobile Enhancement category.
Knowledge, Skills, and Education:
Knowledge/Expertise/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience in eCommerce or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience managing eCommerce categories generating *** million + revenue with a track record of implementing innovative growth strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to drive results and foster partnerships across all organizational levels.
- Expertise in achieving business execution, revenue, and profit targets.
- Ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, adapting to shifting priorities without compromising performance or productivity.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Tableau preferred).
- Process-oriented problem-solving approach with high agility.
