Job Summary:


The Account Sales Manager identifies managed services and staff augmentation needs within assigned clients and their departments. This role also involves developing vertical lines, including bundled services and SOW supplementation, and building relationships with department managers, budget-holders, and decision-makers.


Job Duties:

  • Prospect, network, and connect with key financial decision-makers to discover job opportunities and uncover client needs.
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with prospects to secure new business, push job orders, and provide feedback on open positions.
  • Own the new business development and talent delivery process while collaborating with Account Managers, Recruiters, and their identified candidates.
  • Network, develop, and maintain sales growth within assigned accounts.
  • Support and collaborate with Account Managers to serve clients' best interests.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients and consultants on issue identification and resolution.
  • Provide continuous SME support, ensuring effective account growth and overall satisfaction.
  • Support the operations team to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Drive account revenue.
  • Strengthen relationships as a trusted advisor for various stakeholders of existing and potential customers.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.

Travel:

  • This position requires over 50% travel, mostly within the local area.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, product development, or project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities within multiple departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Team player mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to understand a customer’s business, needs, challenges, and expectations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PC, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
