Primary Purpose:
The role of a Commercial Sales Representative is to help build brand awareness, develop relationships with our target customers, estimate and sell painting projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential clients in need of commercial painting services.
- Build and nurture relationships with target customers.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and complete estimate takeoffs using our established process to build pricing.
- Develop clear and comprehensive proposals for customers.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the production team to facilitate a seamless project handoff and ensure a successful project launch.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outside sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- High energy and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.
