Equipment provided includes, CPAPs, BiPAPs, AutoPAPs, nebulizers, oxygen equipment, ventilators, CGM devices, insulin pumps, and breast pumps.

Job Purpose
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Reliable Respiratory’s assigned satellite branch operations and assisting patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating appointments and daily routes for Medical Device Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
- Assign routes and deliveries using Transport Manager software daily for Medical Device Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
- Provide routing suggestions to other departments when inefficacies are found.
- Perform site leadership responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Establish working relationships with landlords and property managers to certify general maintenance of the building is up to code and reporting all conditions that need attention.
- Handle all office mail/delivery’s and arranges process for paperwork when patients pickup equipment in the office.
- Manage the inventory of products effectively and ensure that Days on Hand (DOH) quantities are set at levels to minimize inventory and ensure there is adequate product on hand to serve the market.
- Ensure equipment is staged for Medical Device Technicians and Respiratory Therapists for upcoming appointments.
- Ensure the location is in compliance with cleanliness and ordering of office supplies.
- Ensure that all products and services are provided in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
- Support staff in their diverse roles and oversee staff for accountability, performance and productivity and provide feedback, coaching and training when appropriate.
- Address all staff concerns and situations to the appropriate person to ensure safety and respect amongst all levels of the organization.
- Perform monthly vehicle audits.
- Assist with walk-in patients.
- Reports to South Windsor, CT office location Monday – Friday.
Basic Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 2 years of work-related supervisory or management experience in a healthcare-related field
